Alexander Olen – Senior Estimator/Principle Construction Corp.

Alex will provide Pre-Construction services that consist of conceptual budgeting, estimating, competitive subcontractor bidding, value engineering, assisting project managers in purchasing and awarding of subcontracts and complete client management on the pre-construction phase.  Alex’s responsibilities also include preparing the CPM schedule, as well as initial effort related to securing permits as required.
