In a recent article by RE Journals titled “Developers more confident as Chicago sees rise in spec projects”, Principle’s Mark Augustyn contributed by saying that “Spec construction had effectively dried up for about the last four years. Very little speculative construction was done. "Our property was a virtual dumping ground and as a result we found some serious environmental issues later in the process. We were pleased with the work Principle did to guide us through a precarious process of clearing all the hurdles to clean up the property.
