James A. Brucato and Mark E. Augustyn, owners of Principle Construction Corp., are pleased to announce that their firm was selected by General RV, a seller of recreational vehicles, to expand its property by adding a maintenance building at 14000 Automall Drive in Huntley, Illinois.
The 14,000 square foot building will include eight service bays for RV repairs and preparation, two offices and RV washing facilities over five (5) acres. This adds to the existing 35,244 square foot building and more than eight (8) acres of show lot.

Timothy Morgan and Associates will provide architectural services for the project. Principle’s Mike Long will be the Project Manager and Tom Sterbenz will act as Superintendent. Phillip Waters of Horizon Group represented General RV.
