Brucato, owners of Principle Construction Corp., are pleased to announce that the firm was selected by McVickers Development for the construction of a 13,000 square foot multi-tenant retail property at 511-529 E. Lincoln Highway in New Lenox, Illinois.

Principle was selected to construct New Lenox Town Center Lot 4, a 13,000 square foot retail building that will house six tenants. Situated on 1.66 acres, the single-story 13,000 square foot building will be constructed of masonry brick with cast stone, EIFS accents and a 10’ high dark bronze anodized storefront window system covered by accent fabric awnings. The interior will include tenant build-outs for Verizon Wireless, Bedding Experts, Great Clips, Pizza Hut and Jersey Mikes.

“We have been glad to experience a resurgence of retail work in the last year.  On this project we are working on a very fast track basis in order to complete by mid-August in order to welcome the anchor tenant, Verizon Wireless,” stated Mark Augustyn of Principle.
