Principle will construct a 16,500 square foot addition to industrial building and upgrade existing office space

 ROSEMONT, IL (October 3, 2017) – Principle Construction Corp., a full-service Design Build General Contractor, broke ground today on a 16,500 square foot addition for Boerman Moving and Storage at 2420 Davey Road in Woodridge, Illinois. Principle will also renovate the existing office space within the building.

The new addition will include five new truck docks, one drive-in door, and 30 new car parking spaces. The warehouse will boast 30’ clear height ceilings, LED lighting, an HVAC make-up air unit, an R30 roofing system and a fully sprinklered fire protection system. Principle indicates that work on this new addition and the office renovations will be completed by the end of 2017.

Principle’s Mike Long will be the principal involved in the project. Principle’s Rick Grabowski will serve as Sr. Project Manager and Jack Grooms will serve as Superintendent. Timothy Morgan and Associates will be providing architectural services on the addition. Photography of the groundbreaking is available upon request.
