Principle Construction is working on a tenant improvement project for returning client Richard Wolf Medical Instruments Corp. at 353 Corporate Woods Parkway in Vernon Hills, IL.

Sr. Project Manager Rick Grabowski will be supervising a group of seasoned professionals as they paint the metal roof screen, remove existing panels and metal stud work and remove all material from the roof, disposing of the debris. They will complete the project by installing prefinished metal panels and panel caps. The project is slated for completion by the end of October.
