James A. Brucato and Mark E. Augustyn, owners of Principle Construction Corp., are pleased to announce that their firm has hired Matt Frane as an Assistant Superintendent at the firm. In his new role, Frane will be assisting in the supervision of day-to-day construction field operations, including maintaining the construction schedule, coordinating subcontractors, scheduling weekly meetings and ensuring a safe work site. Frane has nearly 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
“Matt has worked his way up from laborer to field supervisor at other companies and knows how to work effectively with construction crews,” Brucato says. “Matt has tremendous potential to grow with us and we are looking forward to adding his energy to our leadership team.”
Prior to working at Principle, Frane was a Union Laborer and has worked in the industry for 7 years. He is a graduate of Mundelein High School and is currently attending College of Lake County. Frane is very involved in his community; he is an active member of the Lions Club, and a volunteer at Helping Paws Animal Shelter. He has coached high school football and has volunteered at elementary and middle schools to assist disabled and autistic children.
