James A. Brucato and Mark E. Augustyn, owners of Principle Construction Corp., are pleased to announce that Doug Ingram and Paul Rio have joined the firm.

Doug Ingram has returned to Principle joining the company as Superintendent, where he is responsible for managing field operations for specific projects. As part of Principle’s management team Doug supervises the day to day operations of individual jobs and is responsible for the on-site coordination of subcontractor activities, safety enforcement, and material and equipment management. Doug has over 21 years experience in commercial construction and was most recently a Superintendent with Miron Construction supervising the construction of their $200M Milwaukee office. His career has also included significant positions with Camosy Construction and Horizon Retail Construction. Doug is fully vested in the Carpenters Union and has completed the 9 class Supervisory Training Program course with the AGC (Association of General Contractors) as well as some minor continuing education for leadership and psychology. Doug currently resides in Kenosha, WI.
Paul Rio joins the company as Senior Project Manager. He brings over 25 years of experience with a diverse background in construction design and development in industries such as health care, industrial, commercial, residential and retail. Paul was most recently a Project Manager with Krause Construction Company. Notable projects include managing the construction of: the 14-story Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge; the 690,000 square foot Solo Cup facility in University Park; River View residential high-rise in Chicago, Wal-Mart Supercenter in Bloomington and the 27-story 77West Huron apartment building. He has held positions at Clayco Construction Company, Weis Builders, Inc. and Power Contracting and Engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Bradley University. Paul currently lives in Schaumburg, IL.
